We have many events planned to help our students become better community leaders and business owners upon graduation. In order to keep the cost of attendance at a minimum, we hope that you will express your continued support for VCU ASDA by sponsoring and participating in our events. BRONZE: $1,500
Your company is invited to give one 45-minute lunch and learn with approximately 100 students, as well as host a social event. Your company will also be provided a prime location table at our Vendor Fair in April. Your Company’s logo and description will be featured on our website.
Custom Package ($2,500) - If you would like to host one lunch and learn without the stress of ordering food. We will take the responsibility of ordering and paying for either Chick-Fil-A or Chipotle completely off your plate.
SILVER: $1,800
In addition to the Bronze level benefits, your company is invited to host two lunch and learns in both the Fall and Spring semesters.
Custom Package ($4,000) - If you would like to host two lunch and learns without the stress of ordering food. We will take the responsibility of ordering and paying for either Chick-Fil-A or Chipotle completely off your plate.
GOLD: $2,500
In addition to Silver level benefits, $700 will be used to sponsor four students to attend the highly-anticipated District 4 ASDA Conference.

Lunch & Learn - $300
Your company is invited to give a 45-minute lunch and learn at VCU School of Dentistry. We will advertise to the dental students about the Lunch & Learn educational seminar. Please email vculunchandlearn@gmail.com for more details.
Wellness Week - $300
Dentistry may primarily focus on the head and neck, but wellness incorporates physical, emotional, occupational, intellectual, and environmental health. ASDA Wellness Week highlights each of those pillars of wellness and provides students with fun activities that encourage them to incorporate a healthy balance in their lives. You will be provided a table at each event.
Pre-Dental Day - $400
Our ASDA chapter is involved in helping undergraduate students learn more about getting into VCU and what to expect when they arrive. The annual Pre-Dental Day at VCU welcomes dozens of pre-dental students who participate in guided tours, hands-on simulation lab activities, and lunch with current students. Your logo would be featured on the VCU Pre-dental Day t-shirts and any marketing for the event, as well as a table during lunch.
Skit Night - $1,000
Our best-attended event is our annual celebration for faculty and students. Each class submits a 15-20 minute video that highlights some of the funnier aspects of being in Dental School and audience members vote for their favorite. There is a happy hour one hour prior to the event which is open to students and faculty. Your company would be included on all of our promotional banners and posts.
Clinic & Vendor Day - $1,000
Clinic and Research Day is the most highly attended and anticipated event during the school year. The event involves a vendor fair as the school opens its doors to over 50 dental-related companies and organizations. You will be provided one table at our Clinic/Vendor Day.
