Vendor Fair
Vendor Fair is a cherished VCU tradition. The next event will take place within the annual Clinic and Research Day on Thursday, April 2rd 2026. The Vendor Fair will also be included in VCU School of Dentistry's annual Alumni Reunion Weekend this year, further increasing the exposure vendors will receive among students and alumni.

The Vendor Fair is a great way for vendors to meet VCU dental students, residents, and this year, alumni. The undergraduate clinics will be closed all day allowing all students to attend. ASDA will host a raffle of various door prizes to increase excitement for the event and giveaway prizes throughout the day. For questions please contact vcuclinicday@gmail.com.

8:00am – 9:00am
Vendors arrive and set-up (Lyons Building, 2nd floor)
8:30am – 10:00am
Student Registration and Continental Breakfast (Lyons Building, lobby)
9:00 – 12:00pm
Exhibitor Fair and Door Prizes (Lyons Building, 2nd floor Waiting Area)
Door prizes will be raffled off randomly throughout the day. The sponsor of each prize will be notified before their prize is raffled off.
