Vendor Fair
Vendor Fair is a cherished VCU tradition. The next event will take place within the annual Clinic and Research Day on Thursday, April 18th 2024. The Vendor Fair will also be included in VCU School of Dentistry's annual Alumni Reunion Weekend this year, further increasing the exposure vendors will receive among students and alumni.

We are excited to bring the Vendor Fair back to its full scale this year! The Vendor Fair is a great way for vendors to meet VCU dental students, residents, and this year, alumni. The undergraduate clinics will be closed all day allowing all students to attend. ASDA will host a raffle of various door prizes to increase excitement for the event and giveaway prizes throughout the day. For questions please contact vcuclinicday@gmail.com.
Schedule
7:30 - 8:45am Vendors arrive and set-up (Crockett Lounge 1st floor)
8:00am – 10:00am Student Registration and Continental Breakfast
9:00am – 1:00pm Exhibitor Fair and Door Prizes
Door prizes will be raffled off randomly throughout the day. The sponsor of each prize will be notified before their prize is raffled off.
